Maintaining regular class attendance provides optimal training for your child as well as continuity within the group; however, we understand that there are times when your child will be absent.  For this reason, we allow make-ups. The day after missing a class, a makeup token will be generated in the parent portal and will be good for up to 45 days after a class was missed.  You must be an active student and paid for the month of regular classes when you are scheduling a make up class.  Makeup classes are not guaranteed; during our busy season the classes may be full or have other children using their makeup tokens to take up the ramaining spots on the class. Also there is a limit of 12 makeup tokens per year, which resets January 1st of every year.
